DOM magazine is a knowledge-sharing and knowledge-base solution that brings together professionals for in-depth discussions about high-impact diversity practice.

How to Submit an Article

DOM magazine requires authoritative and how-to feature stories that range between 600 and 1,800 words in length. Articles reporting research data are held to a higher standard of evidence.

• Best-practice articles limit = 1,000 words
• Research-data articles limit = 1,800 words
• Content-area articles limit = 600 words

Copy should be formatted in Microsoft Word or plain text and sent via email (preferred). You are strongly encouraged to contact the publisher before submitting.

Editorial Calendar

Article submission deadlines:

• September 15
• January 15
• May 15

Images

Please send, at the same time, any camera-ready photos, illustrations, and/or graphs for your article. Digital images are preferred.

• Formats: EPS, TIFF, JPEG, or Bitmap (for graphs)
• Minimum 300-dpi resolution (600 dpi or higher preferred for charts, diagrams, and graphs)
• Images should be sent as separate files, not embedded in a Word document or PDF

Author Bio

Bios should be included with every submission, no longer than three sentences, and are subject to editing. Please include your title and company name.

Related Material

Submitting related material suitable for a sidebar adds value to the article — reference guides, tips, a short case study, or other supporting content.

Article Acceptance

The publisher has the right to reject, edit, or return articles as deemed appropriate. If your article is accepted, you will receive a writers' contract.
