My elderly parents and I recently traveled abroad and stopped by the United Airlines Ontario Office. We inquired about meal preferences, seating configurations, and medical assistance. It was clear that the personnel were accustomed to dealing with elderly passengers because they were so friendly. They even wrote up a checklist for us and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. Families that want a bit more certainty before traveling will find it to be a terrific resource.
